Position Summary

Legend Brands is now hiring an experience HR professional to join our growing team and company.  Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years formal experience working in a full service HR department.  A main focus of this position will be as a full charge recruiter.

Experience/Skills

•3-5 years formal experience working in a full service HR department

•Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products and experience working with HRIS and timekeeping systems

Qualifications
•Must have a sincere interest and passion for recruiting
•Proven success with effective job posts including experience working with social media postings
•Strong interviewing ability
•The ability to conduct high volume recruiting for all level of positions within an organization
•Excellent professional communication both verbal and written
•Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions
•Knowledge of general HR principles
•Strong business acumen
•Self-organized with ability to meet deadlines and manage multi-level job functions
•Experience working for a manufacturing company a plus!
