Position Summary
Legend Brands is seeking a Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager, position is located at our Burlington, WA headquarters. Develop and implement the Legend Brands Quality, EHS and Regulatory Compliance Systems for all Legend Brands companies. Directly manage quality and regulatory compliance philosophy and resources at the corporate site and indirectly at remote sites in coordination with site Managers. Drive process improvements and promote best practices to suit unique operational needs and resource constraints to support developing business needs at all Legend Brands manufacturing sites.

Experience/Skills
Minimum 8 years' experience in these areas:
•Quality and Regulatory System Development and Deployment
•Contractual/supplier management requirements
•Management of technical and non-technical personnel
Qualifications
•Demonstrated expertise in a variety of QA concepts, tools, practices, and procedures
•Broad understanding of EHS and other regulatory compliance issues
•Able to make critical and effective decisions under pressure
•Develop and maintain a robust Quality System across all Legend Brand sites through internal audits, site visits, corrective action and other appropriate activities
•Drive supplier performance and improvement through vendor site surveillance, effective corrective action, timely problem resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
•Develop and manage Quality and Safety philosophy and resources at all Legend Brands sites including supervision of Quality, EHS, and Regulatory personnel
•Facilitate development of quality control methods and operational standards for new and existing products
•Determine root cause of product failures and assign corrective actions as required
•Review Engineering specifications, EHS standards and other regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements
•Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators such as FPY, COQ, Durability, Reliability, Scrap, OEE, Zero Based Yield, Safety Incident data, etc. and determine failure trends and corrective actions as required
Education
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or related degree required
