Position Summary
Legend Brands is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. Successful candidate will record and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.



Only individuals who meet the posted requirements will be considered.
Experience/Skills
• Minimum 5+ years’ multi-state payroll experience
Qualifications
• Demonstrated understanding of the entire payroll process, including the accurate and timely processing of year-end reporting when necessary.
• Working knowledge of payroll best practices
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in deadline-driven environment
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of Kronos, ADP; experience processing payroll in Oracle a plus
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated excellent decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Education
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
