Position Summary
Legend Brands is seeking a full time Accounts Payable Coordinator for our Burlington, WA location. Responsibilities include reconciliations, transactions, and data entry to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, processing of expense reports and maintaining accurate, organized A/P records.  Accounting personnel are required to have a satisfactory Credit Bureau Inquiry

Experience/Skills
• 2 years progressive accounting experience
• Prior SAP Business One experience desirable
Qualifications
• Knowledge of computerized accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
• Knowledge of travel and expense reports
• 1099 Federal tax forms and reports
• Account reconciliations
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
