Position Summary
Legend Brands is seeking an IT Help-desk Tech at our Chandler AZ facility.  Maintain consistent performance of personal computers and provide primary support for help desk phone calls to local and remote users. Format and deploy new equipment. Train and support the users in the most effective use of computer technology and shared software.  Provide primary IT Help Desk support to local and remote users in above areas.

Experience/Skills
Must have at least 1 or more years’ experience in the following:

• Competency in installation and use of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of hardware installation, repair and assembly; familiarity with Windows 10 in networked environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to establish good working relationships with managers and peers
• Ability to schedule, plan and organize multiple activities and projects
Qualifications
• Maintain availability and consistent performance of the user workstations and shared resources  
• Support for user questions (IT Help Desk); troubleshoot user problems with hardware or software
• Work with users one-on-one to improve their PC effectiveness  
• Maintain equipment and sign in/out forms for short and long-term company resource loaners Quality, Policy & Procedures
• Keep manager informed of critical tasks not done; ensure that all responsibilities are covered during planned absences
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential material
• Must be able to travel to Phoenix and Prescott areas occasionally as needed throughout the year
Education
• Associate or higher college degree in related field or equivalent. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
