Position Summary
Legend Brands is now hiring for a FT Receptionist for our Corporate office located in Burlington, WA. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist provides professional, respectful and friendly interaction with clients, guests and company employees at all times.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an receptionist/office assistant
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times  
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
• Hard-working team player with positive attitude
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
• Proven ability to problem solve and work well under stress
• Perform projects for other departments as requested and a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties
• Intermediate math skills
